You have answered yes to one or more questions and, as such, you may have recently been exposed to, tested positive for, or be symptomatic for, COVID-19.

STOP - DO NOT ENTER CAMPUS

You should return home immediately and contact your health care provider for further guidance.

COLLEGE/DISTICT EMPLOYEES:

If an employee answers yes to any question prior to entering campus, they must stay home/go home, call their supervisor by phone to notify them, and seek appropriate medical care and testing. Under no circumstances should an employee enter a District facility if the current answer to any question is “yes”.
