Advisory: FPT 051 This course focuses on the theory and fundamentals of how and why fires start and spread, including an in-depth study of fire chemistry, fire behavior and physics, and fundamentals of fire control methods, including fire characteristics of materials and compounds and the use of extinguishing agents and fire control techniques.
