Four Vikings sign with four-year schools

Four members, soon to be five, of the 2024 NorCal champions wiil take their talents to four-year colleges this fall, Viking coach Enrico De Munno recently announced. The 2024 Vikings were 24-9 overall, 7-0 in the Coast Conference, capturing their fifth-consecutive NorCal title and seventh-straight undefeated Coast championship. The four (five) 2024 players were key components of 51-16 overall and 16-0 Coast two-year records. Two Vikings have signed with NCAA D1 schools, one with an NCCA D2, and one with an NCAA D3. Sofia Orlandi Lazzarini is undecided about where she'll attend in the fall.
Bella Raynes - Cal Baptist University (D1) Was All-America, All-NorCal, All-Coast and All-State Tournament in 2024. She led WVC with 112 goals, 41 assists and 43 steals and a 64% shooting percentage. She finished her two years in Saratoga with 177 goals, 89 assists, 96 steals and a 64% shooting percentage.
Marte Skibba - San José St. University (D1) Was an All-American, All-NorCal, All-State Tournament, and the NorCal and Coast Conference MVP in 2024. She tallied 65 goals, 31 assists, 39 steals and a 48% shooting mark. In her two years as a Viking, she recorded 103 goals, 51 assists, 56 steals, and shot 51 %.
Kayla Tweed - Azusa-Pacific University (D2) An All-America, All-NorCal, and All-Coast goalkeeper in 2024, Aspyn finished her Viking career with 443 saves (52%), nine assists and an overall record of 43-12.
Athena Campos - Redlands University (D3) A key shift player for the two-time undefeated Coast champions. In her two seasons in the orange and blue, she totaled 24 goals, 26 assists, 32 steals while shooting 45%.
