West Valley opened the 2025 dual season with a methodical 8-1 win over Folsom Lake Saturday at the West Valley Tennis Complex. Kristina Gazaryan, Pranjal Goyal, Ruth Herrera-Flores and Bailey Sylva all posted wins in doubles and singles.

The Vikings head to Pleasanton Tuesday (1/28) for a "Battle of the Vikings" against Diablo Valley. First serve in the first of five consecutive road matches for WVC is 2:00pm. The Vikings host City College of San Francisco in the Coast Conference opener on Valentines Day. First serve between the Vikings and the Rams is 2:00pm.
